Back when I was in high school I was a member of the "Ecology club". Every year we'd go up to New Paltz, New York and visit with Heinz Meng and his falcons. He was the first scientist to breed peregrine falcons in captivity.

I wish we had digital video back then because we saw some truly beautiful birds and some amazing demonstrations of falconry at his facilities.
